		<description>Titanium surfaces cook well, but avoid the high-priced Titanium Elite sold at trade shows. Contrary to the claims, they are NOT safe up to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. The handles did not melt when I used them in a 450 degree oven tonight, but my house smells like melted plastic. This indicates some sort of off-gassing, which is a serious health concern. The handles are not covered by the warranty, so I am stuck with a $900 four piece set that CANNOT be used as claimed by the sales representative! Not to mention, it is VERY costly to have any warranty work performed due to shipping costs, which are the responsibility of the owner, not T-Elite.</description>
