Induction Hobs

In this recent year, induction cooking becomes more popular. Induction cooking is a kind of cooking that applies an electromagnetic field to heat the cookware. Induction hobs generate high frequency electromagnetic fields that create a current in the magnetic cookware. The current produced will heat up the cookware.
There are many advantages of induction cooking:
1. Cooking on induction hobs is more secure than other than other stove, like gas or electric stove. The induction hobs only heat the cookware, so there’s no open flame. Furthermore, the induction hobs have sensors that will shut down the induction hobs when the cookware is overheating.
2. Induction hobs are more energy efficient than other cook stove. Induction hobs using up to 90% of the energy produced. This making induction hob more economical. There is no heat loss in the air and the surrounding objects.
3. Induction hobs heat up the induction cookware instantly, faster than other stove. It also quicker to adjust to the level of heating we want simply by adjusting the control knob on the hobs.
