Revere’s Tri-Ply cookware combines a tri-ply bottom and polished stainless-steel construction. It is made of 18/10 stainless steel. It has an encapsulated aluminum disk in the bottom of the pots and pans to spread heat quickly and evenly. The disk inserted between layers of stainless steel. This cookware revere has phenolic coating on the lid’s knob and the pistol-grip handle so that it provides a comfortable and safe grip. It also has a stainless-steel lid that fits tightly over the rim. This cookware should be hand washed and is oven-safe to 350 F.
