Baking tins are made from traditional tin-ware, non-stick coated aluminum and non-stick coated steel or silicone. It’s has different shapes and sizes. Beside fixed bases baking tins, there are also available loose bases one, which ensure your pastry do not break when they are removed from the tin. Fixed base tins are more likely to be used for self-crusting quiches, baked cheese cakes or any recipes that have a very liquid mix.
